About the host
Hosted by Nicole Bookout

This cute little cabin is the handiwork of my mother; that's why we have nicknamed it Nana's Nest. It is located off of state Highway 5 down from our family farm. Tan Trough Creek, which joins the White River, runs along the bottom edge of the property.
We are country people, but we aim to please.
The profile picture is of a local iconic scene looking over the White River, called City Rock Bluffs. North Arkansas, a sportsman's paradise, is known for its clear rivers and lakes.
My name is Nicole.

Why they chose this property
Get away from the hectic hustle of life and get back to nature while staying in our hideaway. The cabin may be small, but it is full of character. Native cedar planks trim many of the walls, and the wood-burning stove keeps the space warm and cozy.
There is an open floor plan with a sitting area, a small kitchen, and a nook with a double bed. A custom log ladder provides access to the loft area which has a queen bed and a twin bed. The covered deck overlooks the property and the hills beyond.
This property could never be labeled fancy, but it is neat, clean, and cozy.
We hope to offer a quiet refuge to the fast-paced world.
