Guests can enjoy private wellness here! The holiday home is located in the cosy village of Winkel in Noord-Holland and used to belong to an electricity supplier. In 2015, the house was completely renovated and fully equipped. Wellness is offered behind the holiday home with a whirlpool for 4 people, a sauna and 2 luxurious showers. Here you can relax. As the courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful fence, privacy is guaranteed. You can lock the gate. The second bathroom is on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The dining table seats 6 people and the TV is equipped with many channels in different languages and film channels.

The surroundings of the holiday home in West Friesland are ideal for cycling. There is a beautiful 18-hole golf course in Winkel. The beach and dunes as well as Amsterdam are 30 minutes from the house, making it centrally located. The owners live next door on the farm. Schagen, Medemblik, Enkhuizen and Hoorn are definitely worth a visit.

Not what we expected

We could not find this place the first 4 times we passed with a small dim outside light we found it walked in an noticed it would not work for us right away. This is not a place to stay when traveling with another couple! No privacy at all steps very steep and although it looked clean something seemed off. We could not Speak to the owner before hand and questions we did have we were told by the many company they would get back to us finally we are in country and after 4 emails still nothing my cousin calls them as our phones did not work over there. We spoke to the owner before we left and explained things to him and he seemed to understand but the company (not vrbo) affiliate does not even want to help us with even a partial refund. We did not stay...did not use anything...yet they keep it all seems unfair to me!
