Great Condo, lousy management
The property was excellent. Great location, very clean, ample space, pool close by. My complaint would be with the mangagement company.
Here are the issues:
1) I was given a specific address in Kissimmee.The problem is that every time I entered that address in google maps, it changed it to a Davenport address. I emailed the mgmt company to ask for clarification. They didn't respond so I called. The woman I spoke to insisted that the Kissimme address was correct and told me, in a very condescending tone - "everyone else that rented that condo has found it". If someone would actually google this, they would see that something is wrong.
2) I received an email from the mgmt company a few days before our arrival asking for the names of the adults in our partry. I replied immediately with the names. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the front gate, security did NOT have our names. We not permitted to enter and had to turn around. At this point, I called the mgmt company. Again, they questioned me as if I messed up. They finally realized that I did send the names, and rectified the problem, but we had to get back into a line of cars.
3) Also irritating is that they sent me an email from their concierge asking me if I had any questions. I sent them an email asking about golf in the area, but they never responded.
In short - great condo, lousy management.
