Space & Features:
The house offers 6 spacious bedrooms (sleeps 15 in real beds), 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half-baths, an awesome outdoor shower plus a range of thoughtful amenities that will elevate your stay.

Upstairs: A king master suite with an en-suite bath, plus a cozy queen bedroom and a spacious king bedroom, sharing a full bath. The open-concept living/dining area connects to both front and back porches, perfect for al fresco meals or morning coffee.

Downstairs: Enjoy another king bedroom, a bunk room with two sets of bunks (sleeping up to 5 guests), and a queen bedroom. There’s a full bathroom and a second living area with another kitchen.

The stock tank pool (8ft round, 2ft deep) is perfect for a refreshing dip, while the two kitchens are stocked with fun gadgets like a popcorn maker, ice cream maker, and large griddle – perfect for family pancake breakfasts or beachside snacks.

Smart TVs in both dens – don’t forget your streaming logins for ultimate relaxation.

Outdoor Fun:
The Pink Flamingo is all about enjoying the outdoors. You’ll be just steps away from the beach access (turn right out of the driveway and take another quick right). When you're not on the sand, you can flamingle on the front and back porches, or take a dip in the cute stock tank pool. Enjoy corn hole or the outdoor furniture to read your favorite book.

For the adventurous, there's public boat access just diagonally across the street – perfect for launching your own boat, or you can use the 4 paddleboards we provide. Litchfield Beach is known for its wide, sandy shore and family-friendly atmosphere.

Nestled in Litchfield Beach, the quintessential nostalgic beach town, you're minutes away from everything. The beach is just steps away, and for dinner or drinks, the Litchfield Inn’s Cabana Cafe and Austin’s Ocean One are a short walk down the street. Prefer to drive? Short but Sweet

The flamingo house

The house was just right for our family. Lots of kitchen supplies and New appliances. Large long table. Outside gas grill was a plus. Nice short distance to the beach. All the kids loved the small pool tub in the back. This house has great porches as well.

Relaxing and comfortable family atmosphere

Gwynne and her team are super communicative, accommodating, and the house was incredibly comfortable. We were several families meeting for a week at the beach. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Amenities were plentiful - both kitchens and beach gear. We loved the outdoor shower. Parking was great. Honestly, it was lovely and exactly as described. Thanks to all involved.

Pleasure at the Flamingo

First I want to compliment owner/manager for prompt communication. The home was lovely. Amble room for our family (7) plus grandchildren and partners. Kitchen was stocked with supplies. Used back porch every night. Appreciated being able to bring our 4-legged family member. Would not change a thing. Loved every moment.

Pink Flamingo is overall a wonderful beach house

We can’t say enough good things about this property. The owners did a great job renovating this home. It seems they have thought of all the details! There are so many fun amenities. The outdoor shower is so relaxing! The craft ice maker in the upstairs kitchen is a very neat feature. The paddle boards are fun!! This kitchen is well stocked and functional. All beds and furniture are comfortable. The location is quiet and very family friendly. We rented golf carts, but the walk to the beach is very easy. The owners are responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family had a wonderful stay here and we would definitely return.

The Pink Flamingo

I have stayed in 4 beach houses over the past year and this one is at the top of the list! We loved the location. Short walk to beach access, beach was beautiful and quiet and so was the neighborhood. We really appreciated having all the beach toys and wagons, boogie boards and we loved loved loved the paddle boards to try! The outside spickets and shower (hot water-awesome) were great to be able to rinse off our stuff before our little people would jump into the perfect little pool! We all liked the split of the upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped (although a couple courtesy dishwasher pods would have been nice)(2 refrigerators!) and the outdoor seating was lovely. We spent time out there playing games and relaxing each day. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. We really liked all the bathrooms as well. The couples issues we had were 1) the front door was not super easy to lock and unlock, it has to be just perfect 2) one of our kids locked themselves in the downstairs bathroom because it is tricky also 3) even though it was a pet free home we found several pet hairs on our babies clothing when we would lay them on the floor to change them 4) access to cleaning supplies (I had a kid barf up ocean water and it was a struggle to find something to clean it up) We would totally stay in this house again. It was perfect for our family- had all the things and was beautiful and great location! Thank you for letting us make a memory!

Pink Flamingo is Amazing!

This is a super-sweet rental. There were 12 of us so it was nice to have the separation of the 2 floors, both with kitchens. It is a direct shot to the beach the the public access right at the end of the road. The house was really clean, nice furnishings and very comfortable bedding. The cooling pool in the backyard is an extra bonus, so is the outdoor shower. It is also very nice to have boogie boards, 2 paddleboards and other beach accessories. I would highly recommend the Pink Flamingo!

Litchfield Beach is the quintessential nostalgic beach town. Ride around on golf carts, walk to the Cabana Cafe, fish, crab, and ride the awesome waves just right for kids to spend all day playing. If you want to shop - close by places like the Hammock Shop and boutique stores abound in Pawley's Island or head further up the road for outlet shopping in Myrtle Beach. So many restaurants to choose form in Pawley's Island and Murrell's Inlet.
