The highlight? Its exclusive wellness area and heated swimming pool (available from April to October), entirely dedicated to your relaxation. Everything is designed for your comfort and large gatherings around the table!

The Space
By booking the entire estate, your two interconnecting gîtes are fully privatized for your group, offering optimal comfort and double the living space:

Group Living: Enjoy 2 large, cozy living rooms, 2 spacious dining rooms perfect for lively and convivial meals, and 2 fully-equipped kitchens to cook together without getting in each other's way.

Comfort Included: For your comfort and to lighten your luggage, all beds are carefully prepared before your arrival (linens are included) and bath towels are provided.

Spa & Outdoors: Enjoy private access to the wellness area from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (heated pool from April to October). Large terraces with barbecues and our large free parking lot with 11 spaces are entirely at your disposal.

🎉 Events & Parties: Group events and parties are warmly authorized on the estate! However, we strictly require respect for our neighbors, with a total absence of outdoor noise nuisance between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Guest Access
You benefit from exclusive, total, and 100% private access to the entire property. No facilities are shared with third parties; the estate is entirely yours for the duration of your stay:

The Two Gîtes: You have full access to both interconnecting buildings and all their living spaces.

Wellness Area: The heated pool (April to October) and the well-being area are entirely and exclusively reserved for you from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Outdoors: Private enjoyment of the gardens, terraces with barbecues, and our large free 11-space parking lot located at the entrance.

Other Things to Note

💦 Wellness Regulations: For hygiene and safety reasons, a shower is mandatory before every access to the pool or spa. Glasses, bottles, and any glass containers are strictly prohibited in this area (plastic glasses are provided). The relaxation area is accessible from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

🛏️ All-Inclusive: No hidden fees! Bed sheets (beds made upon arrival), bath towels, and bathrobes are fully included in the price of your stay.

🛒 Practicality & Supplies: The estate is located in Tohogne. You will find all amenities just a few minutes away: supermarket, bakeries, and gas stations in Hamoir or Barvaux-sur-Ourthe.
