This romantic house near Opatija invites you to spend a relaxing vacation. In front of the house there is a terrace with a beautiful sea view. You can prepare your favorite specialties on the covered terrace, where the grill is located. The courtyard is well-kept and planted, and a spacious olive grove invites you to relax. Although the house is located on the owner's property, you have your own driveway and there are about 1000 m2 for their exclusive use, so your comfort is not disturbed. Roof slope to about 1.80 m. By car you can quickly reach the first beaches. In the nearby Opatija you will find various entertainment possibilities and an approx. 12 km long idyllic promenade by the sea. Sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to sail, water ski, dive and play tennis. The location is ideal for trips to the surrounding islands, the Ucka Nature Park or the Istra Peninsula.

However, we didn’t like that the house of the owner is right next to this appartment. In the advertisement it did say the house was on the same lot, but the photo’s don’t show how closeby it actually is. We thought it was a bit misleading.
