115 secluded acres in East Central Texas, producing hay farm with stands of woods, creek, wildlife and competition private bass fishing on 12 acre lake. This all steel house sits on the hilltop with glass doors across the 100 foot long porch overlooking the lake and property. Cooks delight in this kitchen - 2 Thermador propane ranges, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, chill drawers, wine refrigerator. Elegant dining for 10. Fireplace. Outdoor fire pit. BBQ pit. Washer Dryer. 3 bedrooms with master beds. 1 bedroom with queen bed and a bunk room with 4 beds in a bunk arrangement queens on bottom and full on top. All baths have marble tops and high end finishes. Luxury bath linens and farm quilts on all beds. Adirondack porch chairs. WiFi. Smart TVs in the bunk house, Master and Living Room.
