When you're at this cottage, you're at the beach! No need for beach stickers or parking hassles -- our cottage is a 4-minute walk to private, residents-only beach on Nantucket Sound.
Posted speed limit is 5 MPH: slow down and relax.
Our close-knit community is comprised of small cottages, narrow roads and friendly faces -- it's a quiet, safe and relaxed spot where families have owned and vacationed for generations. Everyone walks to the beach (no parking) and guests quickly become friends. Head to the beach for sunset, take a nighttime stroll along the ocean.
Our cottage has a lot to offer in a small space, as well as generous outdoor living areas - stone patio covered by gazebo as well as second-tier patio and a deck.
Queen-size bed (separated from living area by a barn door), and twin beds in back bedroom. Full kitchen facilities. Grill on deck. TV in living room area as well as back bedroom.
Photos (the cottage was recently renovated) should provide a good sense of place and space, but please ask any questions you would find helpful. Sorry, strictly no pets allowed... our cottage and, actually, our community isn't very suitable for pet visitors.
Our cottage is suitable for a couple or a couple with children. It's not suitable for larger groups. There is parking for two cars.
