INDOOR LIVING: Modern interior decor, Sofa with sleeper and Love seat, 50" LED Roku TV, dining table that can accommodate 8 guests comfortably.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Large wood fire pit with grill, 4 Burner BBQ Grill with side burner, dining and lounging areas, private lot with RV parking etc
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics & spices, coffee maker, breakfast bar w/ seating
GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer, central heating & A/C
PARKING: Large Driveway with covered parking. Feel free to bring your RV and park it on the private lot. We do not provide electricity/water/sewer connection for RV's.
Pet Friendly: We allow house/potty trained dogs not more than 50 lbs for only a PET FEE of $100 per pet and will be requested separately once your booking is confirmed. This is because Airbnb has yet to add the Pet Fee to its system. We allow maximum of 2 pets. FRIENDLY REMINDER, NO PITBULL, NO PET MORE THAN 50 LBS. Thank you:)
