Top location: Directly on the Berliner Ring, bus and train connections only 5 minutes away. Friedrichshain within walking distance. Close to Alexanderplatz and Warschauer Straße. Free parking in front of the door, supermarket in the same street.



The living room

Natural wood paired with a cozy feel-good atmosphere characterizes the interior.

When you enter the house, you get a feeling of relaxation and security. All of our guests shared this experience and spent a wonderful time here. Selected decorative elements and various light illuminations that can be switched on and off playfully create that special something.

Thanks to intelligent room layout, the different residential units merge into one. One big room, an oasis of relaxation. You want to stay here, make yourself comfortable and relax.

A large cozy big sofa in the living room invites you to linger. From the large balcony window you look directly into the garden. If you open the balcony door you can step out directly onto the terrace. You decide whether you listen to the birds, enjoy the green surroundings, sunbathe or enjoy your breakfast. The in-house TV, including free Netflix account, ensures relaxed film evenings. WIFI is available free of charge in the house and on the property.

The large cozy double bed is located in the upper part of the house directly under the roof. You can treat yourself to a break as soon as you arrive.

Towels and toiletries are provided for the bathroom. Berlin visitors will find insider tips for the discovery tour.

Access for guests

It is a self-contained, lockable guest house. During the entire stay you have the house and the terrace to yourself. You get your own key and therefore all freedom. We respect your privacy. If you have any questions, requests or needs, we are of course always there for you.

Two built-in electric heaters give you warmth.
An air conditioner ensures a pleasant living environment even on hot days.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer.

Free parking in front of the property. Bus and tram station can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. S-Bahn and U-Bahn only 5 minutes away. The property is located on the Berliner Ring, directly between the Sork and U-Bahn stations Storkower Strasse and Frankfurter Allee. You can take the subway directly to Berlin Mitte to Alexanderplatz. With the S-Bahn you are on the other side of the city within 30 minutes. The trams run, for example, in the trendy district of Friedrichshain to Warschauer Strasse. Excellent transport links in all directions.
