This well-kept row house is located in a quiet cul de sac location in Carolinensiel. In the immediate vicinity is the spa center, the museum harbor and the town center with numerous restaurants, cafes, souvenir and clothing stores. The house has a small south-facing terrace with garden and is equipped with garden furniture. A parking space is in front of the house.

On the ground floor of the modernized middle row house there is a spacious living room with dining area and kitchenette, as well as access to the terrace. A guest toilet is also available. A stone staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room with toilet. The property is equipped with allergy-friendly floors (laminate / tiles). When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
