On the ground floor of the modernized middle row house there is a spacious living room with dining area and kitchenette, as well as access to the terrace. A guest toilet is also available. A stone staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room with toilet. The property is equipped with allergy-friendly floors (laminate / tiles). When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.

Rückblick auf unseren Urlaub in Carolinensiel

Wir haben einen angenehmen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Der Check-In war freundlich und problemlos. Unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt und die Wohnung entsprach unserer Vorstellung. An unserem Rückreisetag konnten wir die Wohnungsschlüssel ohne großen Aufwand über den Briefkasten am Büro zurück geben.Alles in allem zufriedenstellend.

Sehr angenehm. Das Einzige wäre, dass ein Zaun im Garten gefehlt hat. So konnte jeder herein, da der Garten direkt an einem Weg grenzt.

Schöne Wohnung mit Potenzial

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und hat alles, was man braucht. Dennoch: Eine Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer würde für schöneres Licht sorgen und zum Energiesparen beitragen, zumal schon seit 2019 im Gästebuch vorgeschlagen. Leider fehlte uns eine Wohnungsmappe, so dass wir viele Dinge (WLan-Passwort, Schlüssel für Schuppen etc.) nur zufällig entdeckt haben. Leider mussten wir auch gleich bei der Ankunft 2 Glühbirnen besorgen und einige Batterien ersetzen. Ärgerliche Kleinigkeiten. Ein Bewegungsmelder für die Haustürbeleuchtung wäre empfehlenswert, da man das Licht nur von innen schalten kann und der Eingangsbereich wirklich stockdunkel ist.

Die Vorreinigung war mangelhaft. Was uns noch nicht gepasst hat: - WLAN Bandbreite zu gering, maximal zum E-Mails lesen ausreichend, zum mobilen Arbeiten allerdings nicht - Dusche nur innenliegend, Feuchtigkeit kann daher nur schlecht abziehen, daher kommt es wohl auch, dass an der Decke Schimmelflecken wohl schon einige Zeit sind - Schloss der Wohnungseingangstür sehr schwergängig

Top Unterkunft

Das Objekt ist in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand; die Einrichtung entspricht gehobenem Standard. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Gepflegter Garten. Ruhige Lage. Toller Spielplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Nettes Personal. Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unkompliziert. So muss Urlaub sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Netter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben spontan drei Nächte gebucht und waren im großen und ganzen zufrieden. Die Lage zum Strand in Harlesiel betrug ca. 2,5 km und nach Caroliensiel war es nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch von ca. 10 Minuten. Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, auch wenn die Nebenkosten von 95 Euro ganz schön hoch sind. Die Sauberkeit des Bodens war nicht sehr gut, das hat man gesehen, wenn man barfuß lief. Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert.

Hübsches, kleines Haus in guter Lage!

Für eine Woche total super, Haus war mit wirklich allem ausgestattet und direkt an den Garten grenzte ein Spielplatz an. Zum Strand zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten, mit dem Auto 5.
