The living area offers a cosy sofa that can be used as a sofa bed (140x200) if needed, along with heating for the cooler evenings. It is a simple and inviting space to unwind after a day outdoors. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a dedicated workspace, making it suitable for remote work or quiet reading time.

The kitchen is fully equipped and practical, with everything you need to cook at home: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, and a dining table for shared meals.

The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and a washing machine for longer stays, giving you full independence and convenience.

The swimming pool is shared with the owner and is perfect for cooling off on warm Mediterranean days or simply relaxing in the sun

The property is ideally located to enjoy the best of the Côte d’Azur. You are close to the beaches of Cavalaire-sur-Mer. Boat trips, snorkelling and diving are easily accessible from the nearby port. Local markets and seaside restaurants complete the experience with fresh regional flavours and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
