A small, cozy cottage with a fireplace and an enclosed garden in the Monts d'Arrée, 30 minutes from the sea

Welcome to Ty Bihan Baradoz, a warm little independent cottage located at the entrance to the village of Scrignac, in the heart of the Armorique Regional Natural Park and 20 minutes from the heart of the Monts d'Arrée.

This small house of character of about 30 m², built with natural materials combining wood and hemp, welcomes you all year round in a quiet and green environment. Completely independent and not semi-detached, it has its own enclosed garden.

The cottage is ideally located to discover the most beautiful sites of central Brittany: the legendary forest of Huelgoat 10 minutes away, the Valley of the Saints 15 minutes away, the peaks of the Monts d'Arrée 20 minutes away, Morlaix 25 minutes away and the bay of Morlaix as well as the beaches about 30 minutes away.

After your walks, enjoy a pleasant blaze in the wood stove installed in the fireplace. Wood is provided free of charge, as is water, electricity and unlimited high-speed fibre Wi-Fi access.

The accommodation includes:

• A kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave/grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook.

• A lounge area with flat screen TV, 140 x 190 cm BZ sofa and electric heating with soft heat.

• A bathroom with shower, WC, towel dryer and hairdryer.

• Upstairs (access by miller's ladder), a bedroom with a bed of 120 x 190 cm and a single bed of 90 x 190 cm.

The cottage is suitable for 1 or 2 people, whether for a holiday, a nature stay, a cocooning weekend or a business trip.

At your disposal also: private parking, secure storage for bicycles, motorbikes or leisure equipment.
A dog is allowed free of charge on request.
