Also discover the town of Talmont-Saint-Hilaire (7 km), with its medieval castle, beaches, and oyster port. Don't forget to stock up on local produce at La Bergerie du Brandais (3.5 km)! On the ground floor, this cottage comprises a living/dining/kitchen area and a pantry. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. You will have access to an unfenced garden with garden furniture, a lounge area, deck chairs, and a barbecue. You can park two cars in front of the house. A reinforced electrical outlet is available for charging electric vehicles (additional charge based on consumption).

The cottage is located next to the owners' residence and their free-range poultry farm. The accommodation is attached to an unoccupied outbuilding. Access to the house is via a path.
