Rustic country house - slow down and rest in the Apennian mountains
The San Leopardo estate in the Marche is a typical farmhouse built from field stones. From here you have a wonderful view of the opposite village, fields, olives and wine. It consists of 3 buildings: the main house, a barn with a glass front and a separate guest room, and a three-part shed. Half of the main house has a "cantina" because it is on a slope. The rural, quiet secluded location invites you to relax and slow down everyday life.
The main house consists of a large kitchen and a living room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 4 rooms of the same size and the bathroom.
The house has been renovated in the original layout to maintain the unique atmosphere.
The studio, the former barn, also made of natural stone, has been preserved in the original and has a large glass front on the open side. The barn with its wonderful brightness and atmosphere is currently used as a yoga room. Adjacent to the barn there is another room with a bathroom and private entrance.
The third building on the bottom is now used as a shed. It is preserved in its original condition, consisting of two rooms plus a small middle room in which the old pizza oven is installed.
The property is in a secluded location on a slope, embedded in fields, wine and olives with a view of the village opposite.
The next two small romantic towns are about 6 km away.
The nearest airport is about 30 minutes away and it is 45 km to the sea, 8 km to the lake and 10 km to the nearest mountains
