Equipment: • Living area with sofa set, which also serves as an extra bed, a dining table for 4 persons, TV • Bedroom with double bed, one bedside table and reading lamp, a wardrobe • A bathroom with shower and toilet • Small kitchen equipped with stove, coffee maker, kettle , Toaster and various kitchen utensils • With early registration, a cot, cribs and highchair for € 10 can be provided. • A parking space for your car is available at the apartment house • You are welcome to bring your four-legged darling. However, this is subject to registration. Arrive and feel good! We have already made the beds for you on arrival. No annoying bedding more on arrival and departure. We'll do it for you. Included in the total is for each person traveling a linen package (duvet cover / sheet / pillowcase, bath towel and towel)

Stylishly inserted into the magnificent ambience of the old resort architecture, our apartment house "Villa Monika" is just a few minutes walk from the picturesque old town and the harbor in a quiet cul de sac.

Klein, Fein und nahe am Meer

Ein Ofen haben wir vermisst, aber sonst war die Unterkunft vollkommen ausreichend. Es gab eine Große Terasse und das Sofa zum Schlafen war für die Kinder perfekt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Vielleicht etwas unpersönlich eingerichtet. Karten der Umgebung oder wenigstens Zettel und Stifte wären nett. Des Weiteren gab es keinen Backofen, was in dem wohnungsinserat nicht erwähnt wurde. Das war etwas ungünstig. Ansonsten war es insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in Sassnitz.

Kein Ort für Mobilitätseingeschränkte

Schönes Appartement, viele Stufen und Treppen. Es führen nur steile Wege/Treppen zur Promenade/Hafen/Restaurants. Es sollte daher unbedingt in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen werden. Die Parkplätze sind nur für Kleinwagen geeignet. Stehen zwei Mittelklassewagen(KEINE SUVs!) nebeneinander, ist ein Öffnen der Fahrzeugtüren nicht mehr möglich.
