Then you are exactly right with us. We offer an upscale vacation rental, fully equipped, with an unbeatable location and ambience. Enjoy the Adriatic right on your doorstep on one of the most beautiful islands in Dalmatia. You can go swimming right on the doorstep, only on the narrow service road, on the rocky beach or on the famous sandy beach ¨Slanica˝, which is only 2 minutes away on foot. The village center with shops and numerous restaurants can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. The beautiful bay ˝Čigrađa˝ can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot, with restaurants and bars. You can explore the impressive island on foot, by bike or by car. Boat trips to the well-known Kornati National Park are also possible every day. Enjoy crystal clear water, lots of sun and culinary, pure nature. The worth seeing Croatian towns of Šibenik, Zadar and Split can be reached quickly by car and are always worth a trip. If you want to experience special nature, you can visit the Krka waterfalls in just an hour or go on a rafting tour on the Zrmanja near Zadar. You can also bring your own boat (up to approx. 8 m) and hold it on our own buoy directly in front of your apartment. Dalmatia and Murter in particular has a lot to offer and promises a dream vacation, especially with a holiday apartment by the sea. We have had a fantastic stay with Zdenka. The check in was very easy with great communication. The house is perfect and comfortable and well stocked and in a brilliant location. The balcony and terrace are spacious with amazing views. Zdenka and her husband were very friendly and kind, thank you for a lovely stay!

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage. Fantastischer Blick aufs Meer, großer Balkon, süßer kleiner Garten. Für jede Tageszeit kann zwischen Schatten, Halbschatten und Sonne gewählt werden. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die perfekt deutsch spricht.Schattenseite: nachts viele Stechmücken - hier wäre ein Staubsauger hilfreich, damit man vor dem Schlafen auf die Jagd gehen kann ...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Apartment entspricht den Fotos und ist sehr sauber. Bei Fragen und Anliegen waren die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wegen perfekten Deutschkenntnissen gab es auch keine Kommunikationsprobleme. Wir reisten als Familie mit 2 Jugendlichen. Im Kinderzimmer gibt es einen kleinen Schrank - aber im Elternschlafzimmer gibt es genügend Stauraum. Der Außenbereich war großzügig bemessen mit 2 Sitz- und Essgelegenheiten. Alle nötigen Koch- und Essutensilien waren ausreichend. Auch ein Fön ist im Badezimmer vorhanden. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und die liebevolle Betreuung.

Eine schöne Woche am Meer

Der Aufenthalt und die Lage des Apartments waren super. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich. Trotz der Hitze hat die Klimaanlage das Apartment gut runtergekühlt und man hatte immer angenehme Nächte. Vom Apartment erreicht man die umliegenden Buchten gut zu Fuß und kann so auch dem Trubel etwas entfliehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einzigartig 🌞

Es wurde in den Bewertungen vor uns nie übertrieben, es ist alles so wie beschrieben und noch besser. Einzigartig auf allen Ebenen, die Lage, die Wohnung und die Nutzung des so liebevoll angelegten Gartens, vor der Tür ins Meer springen können oder die wunderbare Insel mit den Buchten und Stränden erkunden. Im Zentrum oder auch in den anderen Orten gut essen gehen und Abends den Sonnenuntergang direkt vor der Tür am Meer aufsaugen und später am Balkon das Abendrot bestaunen, was will man "Meer". On Top bekommt man eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die es für ihre Gäste genauso gestaltet wie für sich selbst und das spürt man an allen Stellen, nochmals DANKE für diese außergewöhnlich Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder ;-).

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage mit fantastischem Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön am Meer gelegen in direkter Nähe des Badestrands Slanica. Zum Zentrum von Murter sind es ca, 1,5 km, es gibt aber auch Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Man hat die Möglichkeit im schattigen Garten zu sitzen oder auf dem Balkon, von dem aus man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer genießt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Mein Sohn und ich waren im August 2019 für neun Übernachtungen in dieser Ferienwohnung und waren durchweg mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt 30s Fußweg (einfach die Auffahrt runter) vom Felsstrand entfernt, und in 2-3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am nahegelegenen Hauptstrand (Kies und Sand). Wir konnten uns damit den Luxus leisten, auf einen Strandplatz (und das tägliche Umherkarren alles Badeutensilien) zu verzichten und statt dessen nach Belieben mit "leichtem Gepäck" baden zu gehen. Ein Gemischtwarenladen ist ungefähr einen Fußweg von 5 Minuten entfernt. Restaurants und Cafés liegen auch in der näheren Umgebung. Ins Stadtzentrum von Murter benötigt man ungefähr 10-15min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bietet auch vergleichsweise viel Stauraum, den wir selbst gar nicht voll nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung kann dabei bequem von zwei Erwachsenen mit zwei Kindern genutzt werden. Theoretisch ist jedoch noch mehr Platz verfügbar, da das geräumige Erwachsenenschlafzimmer noch eine ausziehbare Schlafgelegenheit besitzt (z.B. für ein Kleinkind). Über die Klimaanlage in der Küche können das Erwachsenenschlafzimmer und das Kinderschlafzimmer gut gekühlt werden. Die Schlafzimmer haben Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern und lassen sich abdunkeln, weshalb man nicht unbedingt mit dem ersten Lichtstrahl aufstehen muss. Das Angebot an TV-Sendern ist mehr als ausreichend. Die Terasse hat einen großen Tisch und bietet ausreichend Platz für die Gäste. Zusätzlich ist noch Platz in einem kleinen Garten, den wir zu zweit aber eigentlich gar nicht genutzt haben. In unmittelbarer Umgebung des Hauses befinden sich auch andere Ferienwohnungen, wobei anzumerken ist, dass es während unseres Aufenthaltes keinen auffälligen Lärm während der Nachtruhe gab, was uns natürlich sehr gefallen hat. Das haben wir durchaus schon anders erlebt. Frau Pleslic, die Vermieterin, war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute unseres Aufenthaltes stets ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns stets den Eindruck vermittelt, willkommen zu sein. Uns hat ihr Angebot derart gut gefallen, dass wir jetzt - wenige Tage nach unserer Abreise - in Erwägung ziehen, diese Ferienwohnung für unseren Sommerurlaub 2020 erneut zu buchen.

A great place next to the sea!

We visited Murter just briefly out of season and Zdenka's place was great, all clean and comfy and on a great, calm location. Waking up to the view at the sea and the Kornati island is definitely a thing we will remember. Besides that, the apartment had everything we needed and as advertised, and the owner is a very pleasant and easy going person. What we also really liked is the garden with a grill. In our short stay we didn't use it, but we are definitely thinking about coming again in summer and enjoy the sun, the sea and barbecue in the garden.

Herrlicher Ort!

Wir waren nur kurz, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Eine super Location! Traumhafter Blick direkt aufs Meer, vom Garten und Balkon! Im Sommer kann man praktisch direkt vom Haus ins Meer, bei glasklarem Wasser. Auch für die Nebensaison super, warme Zimmer und die Insel ist wunderschön zum Fahrrad fahren und Natur genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
