Perfekte Lage in Borkum

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt in perfekter Lage. Es ist nahezu alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und dem Verwalter verlief problemlos und war immer sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wir hatten einem sehr entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Toller kurzer Osterurlaub

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein - man ist direkt im Herzen der Stadt und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber undgepflegt und die Ausstattung war wirkich gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung

Für 2 Personen eine sehr geräumige Wohnung schön renoviert mit großem Bad. Leider nicht ganz Geruchsneutral was dem Altbau geschuldet ist, sonst waere es noch ein Punkt mehr geworden.

Sehr zentral liegende Wohnung. Alles ist fußnah erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und das Bad wirkt neu. Folgende Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir: folgende grundlegende Küchenausstattung fehlt: scharfe Messer, Korkenzieher, Flaschenöffner, Dosenöffner. Da ohne guckt man etwas hilflos. Außerdem wäre eine kurze Anleitung oder ein Hinweis zur Müllentsorgung hilfreich. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für eine erholsame Woche.

Klein und gemütlich und zentral und schön

Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber dem Edeka/Post, in einer Minute ist man am Bahnhof. Die Einrichtung ist sauber gewesen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer indem ein Doppelbett und in Stockbett nebeneinander stehen: Eltern und Kinder schlafen in einem Zimmer. Es gibt auch eine Klappliege, wo die dann stehen soll, ist mir nicht klar. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile in gutem Zustand, großzügig Kochgeschirr und ausreichend Besteck. Toaster, Kaffee-Maschine, so wie es beschrieben steht. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es vier Stühle am Esstisch, eine doppelsitzige Couch und einen schwarzen kleinen Drehsessel. Der moderne mittlere Flatscreen ist an einem Gelenkarm an der Wand beschäftigt Im Schlafzimmer ist eine Mini-Stereo-Anlage, im Wohn-Essbereich ein Internetradio. WLAN ist frei. Die übrigen Möbel sind Vintage-Möbel geweisst: es passt gut zueinander. Die Wohnung passt am besten für 2 Personen, bei 4 wird es eher eng und 5 Personen kann man sicher nicht unterbringen. Ein DVD-Player war leider nicht vorhanden. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit den Vermietern war problemlos und eine Fragen wurden auch vor Ort rasch beantwortet. Das Bad ist modern, die Dusche flammneu und der Boiler leistungsstark. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Die zentrale Lage ist wunderbar. Waschmöglichkeit besteht im Haus ebenfalls (Münzautomat). Es gibt einen Innenhof , in dem die Fahrräder gut verstaut werden können. Mir hat es sehr gefallen und ich kann es von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.

Supernetter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt genug Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen, die auch nicht den Eindruck machen, als wären sie ein Sammelsurium der letzten drei Generationen. Top Lage.

Tolle Wohnung, wir kommen wieder

Wir haben auf Borkum und in dieser Fewo einen rundum schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Zentrum von Borkum. Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Die Matratzen sind bequem, die Heizungen haben bestens funktioniert. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für die nette Kommunikation vorab.

Appartment leider enttäuschend

Das Appartment war teilweise schön renoviert (schönes neues Bad), bei dem Rest hat man dann aber sehr gespart. Billige Einrichtung, alte Tapeten mit Schimmel in den Ecken, Fernseher mit schlechtem Bild, Ikea-Betren aus den 1970ern und das alles ohne Internetzugang und ohne Balkon oder Terrasse - dafür ist der Preis definitiv zu hoch. Die Lage ist allerdings gut.
