Stunning lake views and direct access -super close to skiing and tubing!

Amazing piece of property with lake views from two sides of the house and beautiful pond view from the front of the house, three sides of the house have water views. A very heavily wooded lot where privacy abounds. Your own private beach with the use of our boat. Sit out on the huge 50 foot covered deck and relax while viewing your own private paradise. The house has 6 private bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (and a water closet off the rec room), plus a sleeping loft. A large rec room with a pool table and bar.

The kitchen is brand new and you can enjoy views of the lake from there as well.

You are just 8 miles to the turnoff to Camelback Mountain which is one of the best mountains around for skiing and has a huge outdoor (summer) and indoor waterpark along with CBK Adventure Park with zip lines alpine coaster and in the other seasons. You are just minutes from the Casino and 10 miles to the Crossings Outlet Mall. Horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting and paintball are all nearby.

The house has a propane fire-pit over looking the lake .

Please note you need to bring your own linens or rent. We do offer a sheet only package-to help with packing. Renting sheets and towels for the entire group/stay can also be accommodated.

We had a magical family weekend in this beautiful home! The house was the perfect size for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. We spent most of our time together in the huge open living, dining and kitchen areas. Plentiful and comfortable seating options. We also enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and outdoor seating on the covered deck. They even had a Christmas tree which we loved. It was a winter wonderland with the snow and lake views!

This is a beautiful house and very clean and well maintained. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, great for a large family vacation. The host was wonderful and responded immediately when we had questions, we will definitely be returning.

This was the perfect place to have our annual family getaway. Had space for 14 of us to spend some great family time together. Community center is nice but we had the most fun at the house and in the lake.

We are a bunch of 50 somethings women, second time staying here. We barely leave the property. We cook , eat play games, cards, and drink wine for 3 days and enjoy the deck and fireplace the BEST . Will definitely go back next fall.

My family and I had a delightful stay! The house, set on the banks of Emerald Lake, was very clean with plenty of space and a gorgeous kitchen. My family and I enjoyed lounging on the big deck and in the hot tub overlooking the lake, and made good use of the canoe and row boat. Grandkids loved the community's amenities such as the swimming pools, sandy beach and playgrounds. The owners were excellent communicators (and so friendly!), providing detailed instructions for all aspects of their property. Truly a beautiful place that we hope to visit again!

Time spent with family is the most valuable thing in life, and your house made our gathering truly memorable and well spent. The setup—from the family room to the amazing kitchen and dining area—was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time together. Moving between the main area, the deck, and the pool room and bar, everyone found a favorite spot. My whole family kept telling me how wonderful the house was.This house is truly special for anyone looking to stay in the area. Not only was the house spotless and ready for us, but the hosts also made everything easy with great communication and attention to detail. My daughters especially enjoyed sharing a fun moment with the newcomers as they tried to find the spice cabinets in the kitchen.

Annual golf outing with a group of 12. Perfect house, location, and the host, Jen was outstanding. She was proactive with me and set up a call before our trip which I found extremely helpful. We will 100% consider this house or other properties managed by Jen for future trips. I am not surprised at all this house has perfect reviews. It’s a treat and after many years of renting in the Poconos, this house is at the top of my recommendations based off value, quality, and service.
