About this property

Totally renovated cozy beach villa within walking distance to all that the Coligny Beach area has to offer. The Villas balcony sit above the tranquil Lagoon and is a short walk to the Tanglewood pool (pool opens 4/1 and it is NOT HEATED). The unit is new on the market and has been totally renovated from the floors to the ceilings, 2.5 baths from top to bottom and the kitchen as well with all new appliances, cabinets and quartz counter tops. You can’t beat the location a short walk to the beach, dozens of bars, restaurants and the new Celebration Park.

Amazing beach stay

We have absolutely nothing bad to say about this condo. The communication with Steven was more then we could have asked for. The condo has everything we needed plus some. 6 min walk to the beach and short walk to park, restaurants and shopping places. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Great Updated Condo

This condo was more than enough for our family of 4. Everything is basically brand new and was cleaner than expected. We brought our own beach gear but there is enough in the condo for a family to use. The property was well maintained and the pool was great. A short walk across the street and you’re at the beach. Our kids could walk or ride to Celebration Park and the shops and food at Coligny. We have been to Hilton Head many times and would definitely stay here again.
