Centrally located 1d/1ba home a short

"yard", alley parking, and keyless entry for
independent check in. This cozy little
bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood, yet
conveniently located yards away from a
post office, grocery store, local diner, local
bookstore, clinic, restaurants, salon, etc. This
is a great place for a short or long term stay,
depending on your travel time, with plenty
of amenities included!
This is a separate back house on the
property with alley parking and private
fenced entrance. The front "yard" is fenced
separately from the main property and has a
gas fire pit. The property is in a centrally
located, quiet neighborhood.
The 1bd/1ba space is an open floor plan with
fully equipped kitchen (minus dishwasher),
washer/dryer, Roku TV, full bathroom, gas
"Wood stove", A/C window unit, and a
partitioned room with a queen bed and
spacious closet with extra towels, linens, and blankets.
Many shops, food, and other resources are
within close walking distance, with McLeod
Park and the bike path to downtown only
blocks away. If driving, or using Uber, you are
only minutes from downtown.

Welcoming and relaxing! The bed was very comfortable. I loved how this place was decorated. Restaurants, stores & grocery store within walking distance. Nice neighborhood to walk around. I definitely recommend!!!

Cozy and comfortable
The bungalow was just right for our week in Missoula.
We had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, updated appliances, comfortable bed.
The fire pit and quiet backyard were very welcome in the evenings.
Jason was a great host, checked in with us and responded quickly to any questions that came up.
We'll be back next year !
