You have a 10 by 21 foot concrete parking pad immediately outside the entry gate. This is the only dedicated parking for the unit. There is no other parking available in the alley. The apartment is 484 square feet and is above the detached garage. The only access to the apartment is from the alley off 13th. There is no access from Cumberland Ave.
