Disappointed

Smelled like cat pee when first walked in. Then had a stopped up sink in master bath, which was revisited for three days, unresolved. We had stinky sewer goves left in trash and flooded cabinet and floor to clean up. The alternate upstairs bathroom had terrible water pressure and was dark and dingy. Ice maker didnt work. Very scant supplies to start with, run to store next day to stock up on paper products and detergents soaps. Would not recommend!

Great Condo

Great condo in a gated community, nice Starfish grill at pool for an easy lunch. Condo was clean, got a parking pass at front gate when first arrived, very easy with key code for condo entry. Plenty of parking and nice beach! No one can enter beach from west and community beach front homes to east made for a private beach setting!

Condo condition

Goodmorning , We are due to check out tomorrow morning 3/2. We have had a beautiful 2 weeks here and enjoyed our rental and the Pinnical Port spot. I have just a few things I would like to report that were a issue so it may be avoided for future renters. All bathrooms only had 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Not enough for 1 person let alone a couple. The kitchen had no wash cloth and only 1 drying cloth, also a problem. When we arrived both sitting chairs in the living area were soaking wet along with a couple pillows. It took almost the whole first week to get them dry enough to sit in. ! Doors on both sliders were very difficult to pen and shut. The entry closet door was off traxk and put on wrong so we could not open it. We walked in to find a large cockroach on the floor which was not very inviting ! Thankyou Sent from Yahoo

Wonderful condo!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! We love to stay at Pinnacle Port. It was big enough for our family to stay for the week of Mother’s day. We had a little trouble getting checked in at the guard gate but the issue was resolved for us and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation.
