The ocean view was perfect! The condo was fun and unique, fit our family of five perfectly. Linens and beds were comfortable and clean. Some of the maintenance was lacking, and some areas smelled of mold. But we were fully equipped in the condo. The ocean beach and inlet area are definitely worth coming back for! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great Stay!

We had 7 people and all fit comfortably in the room and had a great experience with everyone! This condo does have stairs to get to the bedrooms and showers so please be mindful of that!

Great location

Owner was super accommodating. Condo has more supplies than typical vrbo’s. Right on the beach and just a quick drive to Rosemary restaurants. Great stay!

Loved this condo! My family has stayed at PP in 5-6 different condos over the last 8 years and I think this one is my favorite! Excellent location and views and owner was very helpful and allowed an early check in.😀 I’ll definitely try to rebook this condo for our next trip to PCB!

Great location. The apartment needs updates (mostly bathroom). The closet was full of the toys for the beach (great idea), kitchen well equipped. I wish, there was more soup, shampoo, etc available.

Great time!

We love staying here. It’s a great property! The owners were great and we were able to check in earlier than 4pm. The only thing I would change would be the to buy new mattresses or a foam pad for each of the beds.

Wonderful place

It was a wonderful place for our family vacation. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, they were extremely quick to replace the DVD player that we couldn't get to work. They brought us a brand new one within an hour or two. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay at this vacation condo was fantastic. The beach-themed decor and comfortable bed made for a relaxing experience, while the breathtaking views from the master bedroom added to the charm. Accessing the condo was easy, and its quiet location was perfect for unwinding. Despite minor challenges with stairs and beach chairs, the overall experience exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this condo for a memorable coastal getaway.

This unit has a lovely view, especially from the upstairs master bedroom balcony. We enjoyed being in a gated community in a less crowded area of the beach. There were extras including beach chairs & toys in the unit. We were only there a short time but definitely want to come back. Communication was outstanding, too!

Clean condo right on the beach!

Our family had a terrific stay at pinnacle Port. We booked a last-minute long weekend vacation and our host was very quick in responding. Check in and check out instructions were very easy to follow. The condo was very clean and right on the beach. It was nice to be able to either go to the pool or just walk a few steps to the water. The location is very convenient to 30A and Panama city. We enjoyed exploring 30 A as well as pier Park.

A babymoon to remember!

We had a great week in Seaside and a comfortable stay at Pennacle Port. The unit is located in the main tower and is convenient to everything on property. Elevators are large, fast and always available. The community is only accessible via a guarded gate and so that brings a sort of peace of mind. Unit views are awesome and the air conditioning is ice cold! The kitchen has everything you need to prep/cook basic meals and there's a Keurig for the pod people. Love the cordless vacuum in the main room. It was easy to clean up after the sandy shoes and coolers daily. The $25/day to rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach were totally worth it and remember to bring your own beach towels - not provided. Carillon is closest to Rosemary Beach which has great dining options like Paradis or LaCrema (highly recommend both). Also recommend ROUX30 and Cafe 30A further up the road. Thanks for a great week! Will be back!! 😁

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was as described. We had 4 people and it suited us perfectly. Pinnacle Port/Carillon Beach is a hidden gem of an area. Quiet. Beach was not overly crowded during a busy spring break. Plenty of room at the pool. Easy walk over to the Carillon Market. Quick drive to Rosemary area for dinners. Owner was great and easy to communicate with. The only downside (& this can not be helped by owner of the unit or the rental company) was only one elevator was running consistently during our stay. We opted to take the stairs more than once due to the wait. This was fine for our group but if you have someone in your party who can not use the stairs, this likely will be annoying as the wait could be very long. Pro tip - when trying to go down, ride it up to the top and then take it back down. We were told by someone that this summer, each elevator is being replaced so I would expect some delays then as well.

Filthy Condo- great location & view

Views and location of condo are fantastic. Always felt safe with our young daughter! Host was through another company besides VRBO and communication was VERY hard and confusing in the beginning . we were able to connect with host soon before our trip and she was very nice upon arrival when we needed help with parking - however, the cleanliness of the individual condo we stayed in was less than acceptable . We found a cockroach inside a Tupperware on top of the refrigerator. Floors in all rooms were dirty and had pieces of hair that were not ours - bathrooms were filthy , dust and dirt on outlets ( which also were a fire hazard sticking out of walls) notified host the very next morning after arrival and we were offered a refund of cleaning fees but nothing else . We were also told at that time that the cleaning lady does her best to accommodate early check ins and check outs which is the reasoning for the filth. Very disappointed.

Nice community, unpleasant accommodations

The condo complex provides some of the basic amenities including grills, a nice pool and easy access to a beach that wasn’t crowded. The condo itself is older (which is just fine, especially on a more limited budget like we are). The carpets upstairs were very dirty, we refrained from letting our 1 year old play upstairs as a result. The downstairs portion of the unit was sadly not any better. The floors appeared to not have been mopped for quite some time, we found plates with food on them in the cupboard, hair in the microwave, corners, an under furniture, etc. plenty of greasy surfaces throughout. The wardrobe in the master was unusable as the drawers simply fell out when you opened them.We did not mention anything to the host straight away as we only began to notice some of these things a full day into our 2 day trip and I’m sure I will get some grief for that. But I think it’s pretty clear that this is a unit rarely used by the owner and just houses a bunch of barely workable furniture, kitchen gadgets, pots/pans, etc. I’ve stayed in many rental properties in my life and this one ranks lowest on my list. Some pride in ownership would go a long way for this unit and I hope my experience was isolated.
