We were truly impressed with this unit - I think it’s one of the best we’ve had at Splash! The owner was very gracious and informative, and understanding when we broke a mug (that we replaced).I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Fun condo with great view

This is our 2nd trip to Splash with the kids. We love the resort for its pool and beach access. The condo itself has a beautiful view with nice furniture and was very clean. My main complaint would be that it is very sparsely stocked with supplies that help make a trip hassle free. It was difficult to cook meals due to lack of Tupperware or zip locks to store things, no foil etc, no measuring cups, no air fryer/toaster oven. No pack and play, no high chair or booster seats, no family games. We have stayed at this resort with other units that supply these items and it is a huge help and more pleasurable experience to not have to bring or buy all these things. A few electrical and appliance issues but the host was quick to communicate and help correct the problems. Overall a nice unit for a large family.

Great PCB stay

The unit itself was great! The views were unbeatable - the condo was very clean. The resort is very family friendly - although the pools were a little dirty - my kids didn’t love swimming in them. The check in process was fine but kind of difficult to find. We had no idea we had to park across the street and take the walkway across. Once we got our bearings, things were great. However, a heads up on where to park, etc would have been better. Other than that, we would def stay here again!

Nice Condo

Condo was nice. We picked this condo for the pool. The kids loved the pool. It was nice not being policed for your every move in the pool like other condos. There isn’t much to do close to the condo. Pier Park is about 3 miles away. Too far to walk. All I all it was a good stay. Weather was great and staff friendly.

Perfect family condo

Very spacious condo for family. Listing was just as described. Kitchen had the simple necessities needed to enjoy breakfast and lunch. The two full bathrooms were large and a great addition to each king size bedroom. Corner balcony gave great views with plenty of outdoor seating. Really enjoyed our stay!

We had the best time!

The condo was super clean when we went in which was nice. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The closets had extra pillows and blankets. The beds were comfy. The location is great because it is on the "calmer" side of Panama City . We enjoyed the calm beach and we loved that it was walking distance to our favorite Oyster spot!

Fantastic unit

This is the second time we have stayed at this unit in splash and the fourth time to stay at splash. This unit is fantastic. It had everything we were hoping for. The views are amazing. Access to the beach is easy and the heated pools were loved by our kids.

Celebrating a special birthday!

The condo was Exactly as pictured. Very clean and views were spectacular! Owner was a pleasure to deal with and quickly responded to my question. Only negative is that the “ store” and bar on property claims it was open year round, but it wasn’t. It would have been more of a convenience than anything else. If you have children or grandchildren, this is the place to stay. They will have memories that will last a lifetime.

First, safety our housekeeping team took cleaning to the next level by emphasize on surface areas including : doorknobs , faucets & bathroom fixtures, countertops , tabletops ... and many more.
Second, we recently renovated the unit (everything is new), 1507E corner unit with 270 degree view of both Beach and City . The Windsong floor plan is the deluxe floor plan of splash with ocean view from all rooms (Yes, both bedrooms and living room). 1507E comes with free beach service , free WiFi and coffee kit for your arrival .
