This place was everything we needed and more. We would stay again. The pools and splash pad were great for the kids. We also enjoyed the coffee shop, pool side food and Alvin's across the street.

After 6 consecutive years of booking at the Splash highly recommend this unit for the first floor! Spacious and exactly asdescribed! Gloria was a wonderful host and super responsive! Will definitely book again

We have stayed at Splash before and this was by far our favorite time. We loved being on the first floor. We were able to avoid the elevators every time we left the room. The two chairs that came with the room were also priceless. We weren't in a rush to get to the beach each morning and we didn't have to worry about not being in a good spot. We will hopefully be back in the future 10/10 recommend this stay!

This was a great spot and perfect for us! Thing worth mentioning was that being on Level 1 was excellent, if elevators were busy we could easily use the stairs. The living room was large and dining room with enough spots for all. Made dinners and down time easy. Communications with the host were easy and very responsive. Unfortunately, the ice maker was broken but they did call maintenance to help repair and you could buy ice on the resort. The deck was also spacious and was one of our favorite places to sit in the am and pm. Highly recommend!

The condo was so large, yet inviting, beautifully decorated. Mattresses were comfy, and that's from people with picky bad backs! We loved the huge corner balcony the best!!! The perfect relaxing spot to get carried away watching the waves or the sunset ...1st floor gave an easy access via stairs, if the elevators took too long! Gloria was super easy to contact and very kind. We will be returning for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Gloria’s place! Fantastic location close to stairwell on 1st floor. We have stayed at Splash in the past and had serious elevator issues, so it was wonderful to be a quick walk to beach/pool and not have to worry about the elevators. Comfortable beds, very clean unit. Excellent and quick communication with the owners. They were so helpful! This is also a great unit to watch the air show if you happen to be visiting during a Gulf Coast Salute weekend! One note: We saw on the listing that the bunk room had a door, but it seems that the pocket door broke between our booking and our stay. If your kiddos are light sleepers, please note that the bunk room doesn’t have a door currently.

The Best condo

This condo has everything you will need for you and your family. We have children of all ages and they thoroughly enjoyed the pools. We would definitely book again. The unit was very clean and spacious. Perfect for larger families.

white sandy beaches and the marvelous exciting Pier Park Shopping and Entertainment Center.

Why they chose this property

The unit was for sale and we loved the large balcony to view the dramatic ocean view. Our grandkids enjoyed the water park so much.

What makes this property unique

The balcony access from both Master Bedrooms and Living Room.
Lower level location is convenient for children and seniors no elevator WAIT......simply one floor up if need to walk.
