We had an amazing time. This was not our first time at splash but it was my families first time in this condo and we loved it. We loved being in the 1st floor and the immediate access to the pools and the beach. This condo has everything you need!

This condo is absolutely perfect! We loved the large balcony! It’s a great place to stay with kids and grandkids! This room is spacious and well equipped! Wonderful place for a family vacation!!! The owner was very nice and helpful!

Despite leaving a day early due to the weather, we had a great time with our friends and family. There was an amazing sunset the night before the storm and we got great family pictures taken. Our place was very roomy and family friendly. Huge benefit for being on the 1st floor especially during a hurricane, and when the elevators go out. Ms. Gloria communicated the entire time during that experience. Definitely recommend!

This place was everything we needed and more. We would stay again. The pools and splash pad were great for the kids. We also enjoyed the coffee shop, pool side food and Alvin's across the street.

We have stayed at Splash before and this was by far our favorite time. We loved being on the first floor. We were able to avoid the elevators every time we left the room. The two chairs that came with the room were also priceless. We weren't in a rush to get to the beach each morning and we didn't have to worry about not being in a good spot. We will hopefully be back in the future 10/10 recommend this stay!

While the location of this condo was perfect, there were just a few things that I felt could’ve been better. The icemaker was not working and it was known that it was not working before we ever got there. So we had to buy bag dice and it was just kind of annoying that we weren’t told beforehand. Also, whoever was there before us must’ve put some fish in the refrigerator because the refrigerator smelled like a fish market. The cleaning staff had to have smelt it when they opened the refrigerator because it was

This was a great spot and perfect for us! Thing worth mentioning was that being on Level 1 was excellent, if elevators were busy we could easily use the stairs. The living room was large and dining room with enough spots for all. Made dinners and down time easy. Communications with the host were easy and very responsive. Unfortunately, the ice maker was broken but they did call maintenance to help repair and you could buy ice on the resort. The deck was also spacious and was one of our favorite places to sit in the am and pm. Highly recommend!

The condo was so large, yet inviting, beautifully decorated. Mattresses were comfy, and that's from people with picky bad backs! We loved the huge corner balcony the best!!! The perfect relaxing spot to get carried away watching the waves or the sunset ...1st floor gave an easy access via stairs, if the elevators took too long! Gloria was super easy to contact and very kind. We will be returning for sure!
