Please note that Pinnacle Port Tower A is undergoing a scheduled exterior restoration project beginning September 14, 2026 and is expected to continue through May 15, 2027. During this time, guests may experience construction-related noise during normal working hours, the presence of contractors and equipment around the building, and temporary restrictions to certain exterior areas.

The outdoor pool deck is scheduled to be closed from December 15, 2026 through March 15, 2027. The covered pool is expected to remain open and accessible during this period



Relax and unwind in this gorgeous oceanfront penthouse condo. The living room and bedroom offer spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico that you won't find anywhere. The private balcony is the perfect place to sip a morning cup of coffee and watch dolphins frolic in the waves. Via the direct beach access, you will find two pools (indoor and outdoor), beach volleyball, jet ski rentals, shore and lake fishing, boat ramp with a dock on the property. Visit popular 30A and Rosemary Beach, only minutes away, or Pier Park for some of the area's best shopping, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy nature and wildlife at Camp Helen State Park, one and a half miles away, offering paddleboarding, hiking, picnicking, and endless photo opportunities.



The primary bedroom balcony has expansive views of Lake Powell, an 880-acre natural coastal dune lake. The well-equipped kitchen and beach-style furnishings will make you love the magnificent Emerald Coast beach life. Enjoy having an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.



THINGS TO KNOW

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.

The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Clean place but we were VERY frustrated that the washer and dryer did not work. They did send clean towels after several phone calls talking with three different people. We had damp dirty clothes and didn’t want to give up vacation time searching for and spending time in a laundromat.

The primary issues we dealt with was that the AC wasn’t working properly and this would’ve easily been known when it was cleaned prior to our check in. The thermostat was set to 74 with the room temp actually up to 79 when we checked in…at one point, it was up to 82 since it was mid-May. We notified them promptly about the issues however nobody ever came to the condo to check out the issue and it was never resolved prior to our checkout. Nothing was ever said, refund credit offered etc since our stay. Overall, nice condo, location & view…it was a lil smaller than we expected based on the photos

GREAT week at the beach with amazing views!!

We LOVED our stay in this beautiful condo with gorgeous views!! The pictures just do not do this condo justice. The unit was very clean and comfortable, they provided everything we needed. The beach and lake views were beautiful. A comfortable distance away from Panama City Beach's crazy busy night life, just a few minutes to anything you need. Very peaceful and quiet. My family enjoyed staying here and we will definitely be back! Thanks!!! :-)

Cute little place and suitable for what we needed.

This place was fine for what we needed. We were down to keep our 6 month old granddaughter while our daughter and son in law were in wedding. The heat was not working properly and the ice maker did not make ice. I did report the heat, but not the ice maker.
