Beautifully clean and fabulous mini chateau, we can’t wait to visit again. We absolutely loved our stay here. The owner and family were very communicative and were around every other day or so to clean the pool and always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. Check in was smooth with excellent instructions and photos sent through to aid us finding the house. Everything in the house has been really well thought out and beautifully restored. There is an abundance of cutlery, plates, serving dishes and glasses of every kind. The beds were comfortable and the air con in 4 of the 5 bedrooms (not in the bunk bed room) was extremely welcome on hotter days/nights. The bunk room had a good fan. There is air con downstairs and this is powerful enough to cool the dining room and living room if the doors are left open. There are 2 toilets which are separate to the 2 ensuite bathrooms (no toilets in the en-suites) and there is an additional shower on the top floor. The pool was easily accessible with 4 loungers and 6 comfy chairs. The pool has steps access rather than a ladder and is a consistent depth all the way along with a ledge around the inside of the pool. Handy if you didn’t want to go right in! I don’t think it was heated but it didn’t need to be, it was perfect to cool off in. The house is within walking distance of Aldi and a short drive from Intermarché. The nearest boulangerie about a 15 min walk. Orléans is a 5 min drive away. Highly recommend!

Mooi ruim huis, leuk ingericht, fijn zwembad. Vriendelijke beheerder die snel ter plaatse is indien nodig. Orléans is een leuke stad om te bezoeken.
