This fabulous apartment offers a breathtaking sea view and the ideal location allows you to travel by bus to places worth seeing like Nerja or Torrox or you can take a leisurely walk to Algarrobo Costa or enjoy the tranquility of the residential complex. For some diversion you can visit the water park "Aquavelis", ideal for young and old. Also for golf lovers, the golf course "Baviera Golf" is only 5 km away. In winter you can warm yourself in the cozy living room by the fireplace. Crib and high chair are available on request.

Schlechte Unvollständige Objektbeschreibung

Keine Kommunikation möglich vor der Anreise. Bei Ankunft war erstmal keiner Anzutreffen keine Rezeption um die Schlüssel zubekommen Nach 30 Minuten trafen wir dann den Gärtner der uns dann die Schlüssel gab. Fernsehen nur spanische Sender. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung steile Bergstrasse. Parkplätze waren immer unzureichend mussten auf Gehweg parken. Entfernung Strand,Supermarkt,Restaurant zu Fuss 30 Minuten .Das schlimmste aber war die Küstenstraße direkt vor dem Balkon vergleichbar mit den Strassenlärm einer Großstadt und das 24 Stunden lang . Wir werden hier nicht mehr herkommen. Wir hoffen die Beurteilung hilft euch.

Die Wohnung ist für den Preis o.k. . Super Aussicht und gute Lage.

Die Wohnung ist o.k. . Ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Vielleicht einmal wieder alles Instandsetzten. Wir kennen die Gegend schon ewig und ich muss sagen, auch wenn es nicht so aussieht, ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Aussicht ist super und die Luft immer in Bewegung. Kein Hitzestau in der Wohnung. Ruhige Lage. Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der wird demnächst komplett umgebaut. Hoffentlich bleibt es danach so schön.
