– Two small mezzanine sleeping areas (ridge height 1m50) connected to each other and enclosed by wooden sliding doors, fitted with two single beds (90x200) arranged in an L-shape, accessible from the living room via a folding ladder secured by a guardrail

- A private garden at the rear of the house, accessible from outside, featuring a terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs), a barbecue and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun
– A private, lockable ski locker situated at the bottom of the house’s external staircase
– A locked and secure garage box situated 150 metres from the house, ideal for parking your car or storing your bikes and sports equipment
