It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

All the rooms in the house are on one level.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits you. The house features an authentic wood-burning stove, perfect for creating a cosy atmosphere.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV and a wood-burning stove (wood provided)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Two bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140×190)
- One bedroom with 2 single beds
- A bathroom with one shower and one toilet
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
You’ll enjoy a magnificent south-east-facing terrace and a large south-west-facing outdoor area fully equipped for relaxation and dining (sun loungers, garden furniture, and a large table with six chairs).

The house is ideally situated very close to the village in the Tinée Valley, within walking distance, and surrounded by mountainous scenery. Its location means you can easily make the most of all the village’s facilities. In the village, you’ll find:
A pizzeria, a tennis court, a mini-golf course, two nurseries, and access to electric vehicle charging points. The village does not have a local market

Nearby is the village of Tournefort, notably its old, abandoned village steeped in history, as well as leisure facilities such as a pétanque court and children’s play areas.

The location also makes it easy to reach the city of Nice in around an hour’s drive, offering quick access to a more urban and coastal atmosphere.

The ski resorts are not within walking distance (you’ll need to arrange transport).
