The space
After relaxing with a book in the large red Adirondack chairs on the wrap-a-round porch, enter through the front door into a large open family room with plentiful seating for the entire group. A 50" Cable TV, board games, puzzles, and books are available should you need a break from the sun. Natural light is plentiful by day through windows or a dim glow from a beautiful chandelier at night creates the ambiance you are looking for. The Master bedroom & en suite are on the first floor just off the family room with its own TV and sitting area. A walk-in closet, jetted tub, and shower are perfect after a long day at the beach. Moving towards the back of the house you will pass a formal dining area which comfortably seats six before passing the stairs and 1/2 bath on your right. Entering the eat-in kitchen you will find a six seat table and cabinets fully stocked with cook and bakeware to prepare any meal. Tucked past the pantry you will find the laundry room complete with a washer & dryer. Off the kitchen you will find a side door leading to the long driveway and a sliding glass door leading to a screened in breezeway. The back yard boasts yet another dining venue complete with outdoor lights, additional tables, and a grill. Heading up the stairs you will come to a landing with an additional three bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left is perfect for children with a twin bunk bed, pull-out trundle, drawers and closet. The second bedroom is quite large and can be utilized by adults and/or children with a twin bunk bed and full bunk bed. This bedroom's en suite has a walk in closet, sink, toilet and full shower/tub. Children's books and toys can be found on shelving and in an ottoman. The third bedroom consists of a queen bed, TV, seating and a door leading to a small balcony facing the front of the house and complete with its own red Adirondack chair. The bedroom's en suite has a walk-in closet, sink, toilet and full shower/tub.

The neighborhood Sovereign Isle consists of 26 Victorian houses and cottages along Woodwind Drive. Only temporary parking on the street is allowed. Ocean Eyre's driveway will accommodate 4 cars and/or golf carts.
