Ick

This building is dingy, depressing and crumbling. The front desk didn’t have a fob for me to enter the building and use the pool. The AC unit was so loud that I couldn’t sleep and the paint was peeling. Fixtures in the room were rusting. I saw a cockroach in the hallway outside the apartment. I only stayed one night. Left early. Just ick

Great location but a bit tired and old

The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, shopping and The Breakers. The building is quite old and the room lacked updating. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was good but the bathroom was very small with nowhere to put your bathroom toiletries. A shelf would help. The wifi kept cutting out and the dresser was only plastic drawers. If this unit had a paint job and a little money spent on fixing up, it could be vastly improved. Tea towels and dish cloths were not provided but otherwise the kitchenette was well set for supplies.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved the location of this place and all the amenities! It's minutes from the beach and there's a beautiful pool and gardens on the premises. Across the street is a Publix and adjacent is St. Edwards. We rode bikes and swam and ate at all the amazing restaurants and had a great time!

Incredible experience

I had the absolute best time. Such a cute little spot right in the heart of downtown Palm Beach. Walking distance to the beach and lots of tourist attractions. And a quick Uber to downtown WPB.
