Single room in private house in Samborondon / Ecuador best location

Welcome to Paradise !!! - It's just nice here. Almost always nice weather. You live in a gated community, with everything important. A great large pool, tennis courts, other sports fields (soccer, basketball, handball), small gym. Nearby, relatively short walk, supermarket, bakery (good rolls) + cafe, hairdresser, pharmacy, restaurants, fast food, etc. The house is great, you live in a single room with private bathroom. The room is small but ok, the bed is actually very comfortable for everyone. You can share the house with the kitchen and the garden. Everything is there, including a washing machine.

Of course there is internet, wifi is everywhere in the house. For long-term vacationers we offer a 3 = 4 offer, so if you book 3 weeks you can stay 4 weeks. Appointments after arrangement, after booking or also in advance.

Samborondon is the best city in Ecuador, modern, actually like Florida, nearby is the largest supermarket, the largest cinema in Ecuador with many English-language films. In our local pub there is Munich Hofbräu on tap, many restaurants and cafes, there is almost everything you need. Guayaquil Airport is very close, yet far enough away. From here you can really explore Ecuador and always come back to a safe place. Samborondon is very safe, probably safer than the big German cities.

The city is developing very well, it is constantly being rebuilt, there are more and more great places, but on the Internet you only get outdated information about the city. Almost every Ecuadorian in the Guayaquil area wants to live here, it is a new city that is growing almost exclusively for the middle class and the rich and super rich.

I can only recommend our house in Samborondon. Little known in Germany and still a top location. Also very suitable for wintering.
