It is a modern, non-smoking apartment in a bright Scandinavian style, where pets are not allowed.

Schön und gemütlich

Schöne kleine FeWo, gemütlich, für uns 2 Personen platzmässig gut ausreichend. Wäre auch für 2 Erwachsene u. 2 Kinder passend, für 4 Erwachsene vielleicht etwas zu eng. Die Dachterasse ist sehr schön, Wohnraum und beide Schlafzimmer gemütlich und platzmässig ausreichend. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss muss man aber vorsichtig benutzen, nicht für jeden leicht zu gehen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, auch mit der ganzen Abwicklung. Die Korrespondenz mit der Vermieterin war bestens. Nur das W-LAN hat mir etwas gefehlt. Schade dass der Strand in Friedrichskoog Spitze nicht unbedingt die allererste Wahl zum Schwimmen ist. Sehr flach, man muss auch bei Flut Hochwasser schon sehr weit rauslaufen bis es mal tief genug ist.

Hervorragende Wohnung, gute Lage, sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieterin. Bestehende Mängel wurden problemlos und zeitnah behoben.

Tolle Wohbung in einer tolle Lage!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon, auf dem man wunderbar in der Sonne frühstücken kann. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ging sehr schnell und reibungslos und war sehr kommunikativ. Wir haben alles Wichtige per Telefon besprochen, schon stand der Reise nichts mehr im Wege! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Hatten mehr erwartet

Hallo, also zuerst ist zu erwähnen, dass die Lage umwerfend ist! Man ist direkt am Deich. Auch ist das Appartement an sich gut aufgeteilt. Auch die Größe ist für drei Personen ausreichend. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Es lagen Staub, Krümmel und Haare auf dem Boden. Auch waren sehr viele Spinnen in den Ecken. Wir mussten zwangsläufig an dem Wochenende 13 Spinnen nach draußen tragen. Da erwarte ich einfach dass man vor Vermietung geputzt wird und Spinnweben in den Ecken entfernt werden. Das Bad und die Küchenzeile waren auch sehr alt. Schade!
