It’s ideal for a romantic getaway or a business trip.

It features a main room with a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining bar, and a shower room.

Everything you need for cooking is also available (hob burners, skillets & pots, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster), as well as dishes so you can eat here. We also provide shower gel and shampoo for your use.

Sheets are provided, as well as one bath towel per person.

The bathroom with a shower was renovated in February 2023.

Two bars, a tobacco shop, small area restaurants, and two bakeries are right next to the apartment (just a 2-minute walk), and a small supermarket is a 5-minute walk away for grocery shopping.

Place Saint-Sauveur is an 8-minute walk away (bars and restaurants), the very centre of town is an 8–10-minute walk away (shopping, bars, restaurants), the Vaugueux area a 20-minute walk away (restaurants), and the Port of Caen a 20- to 25-minute walk away (bars and restaurants).
