Beautifully renovated, over 100 year old stone house (farmhouse in a row) in the north of the island KRK, near Malinska.
New in rental since 2018, still has dates available.
The house has been restored and furnished to a high standard.
Main house with 125sqm (2 terraces) and additional apartment with 30sqm (1 terrace) can be booked separately in the low season.
High season only the entire house.

Living room, spacious kitchen, dining room in the glazed extension, 2 bedrooms with double beds (German standard) 180 and 160x200cm, gallery with sofa bed for 1 person, 1 bathroom, air conditioning in each bedroom. Extensively equipped kitchen with large French-door refrigerator with beverage dispenser.
2 terraces with loungers and seating lounge as well as sports equipment, grill.

APARTMENT:
1 room, double bed (German standard) 140x200cm, + sofa bed 130x190cm, fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Generous bathroom with bathtub. 1 x air conditioning. Terrace with seating, grill.

Small beautifully landscaped garden for free use.

Beautiful sunsets with the island of Cres in the background are guaranteed.

Short distances to all important goals:
2.5km city, port and city beach
2km supermarkets / petrol station
4km lonely (relatively high season) bays.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Sehr stilvoll renoviertes Bauernhaus, schöner kleiner Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten. Eine gute Lage um Krk mit Auto oder Rad zu erkunden. Sehr netter Vermieter, ebenso wie der Verwalter - helfen jederzeit weiter.

Ein Appartement als wäre man Zuhause

Wir waren mit der Familie meines Bruders da und es war Perfekt geeignet für uns. Abends konnten wir im großem und gemütlichem Wohnzimmer zusammen Spiele spielen, oder einfach mal mit einander reden. Morgens konnten wir in der gut ausgestatteten Küche mit einem Perfektem Gericht in den Tag starten. Das Esszimmer war hell und fröhlich, somit hat das essen gleich noch mehr Spaß gemacht. Die Zimmer waren alle gemütlich und Groß genug. Die Bäder waren genauso sauber wie der Rest des Appartements. Der Garten war Groß und die Feigen bäume und die Trauben Sträuße haben dem Ganzem dieses gewisse etwas verliehen. Noch ein Positivum ist für Katzenliebhaber, dass die Katzen dort sehr freundlich sind, doch wer keine Katzen mag ist es eher ein Negativum. Im großem und ganzem war es sehr einladend und wenn man vom Strand zurückkam, hatte man beinah das Gefühl, als würde man nach hause kommen.
