Spacious modernized unit near State Capitol Building. Well equipped full kitchen. Convenient downstairs outside parking. Especially appreciated owner clearing snow as the biggest snowstorm in years hit during my stay. Was my home away a long time from home, will stay again, my #1 choice in Springfield.

I am very pleased with my 10 day stay in this apartment. It surely exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very clean, I loved the space in the kitchen (since I love to cook) and all areas were perfect. Loved the hot water in the shower. In general everything was perfect. Dan was very attentive and assist me with my early check-in. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a comfortable, clean, quite space, this is it. Will be booking again soon.

A great place to stay

This little apartment really met all of our needs. It was very comfortable and the property manager was completely accommodating and very responsive to any questions. Very affordable and super nice.

Quaint and comfortable!

Suite B was as described in the VRBO listing, was surprisingly quiet. Bed was comfortable, shower great and ample HOT water! I left behind some kitchen towels, dish cloths, and pot holders as well as a can opener as that was a few items I thought the next person would appreciate. I would totally stay there again. :-) P.s.. It has an icemaker!! Huge plus for my ice tea by the gallons drinking self!! :-)

They thanked us for being a great guest. Well that's funny, since we never showed up. I wish I could give a better review but we never stayed at the rental. It's unfortunate that they could not give us a refund because we were unable to use the rental. If we could get a refund that would be an amazing experience. But that was not the case. For anyone reading this make sure you have the right dates and location not to confuse with other cities that have the same name. Once you book it there are no refunds. :(

Dont stay here

Difficult to get into apartment. VRBO only collected their fees and then didnt have the stay losted on their website. VRBO doesn't stand behind their listings. 2nd part of booking process flr this property is on another booking site that is sketchy. You have to go up a flight of wooden stairs to access the apartment. Theres an exterior door in the bedroom that is also not listed on the website. Theres a weird smell in the apartment. Beds and pillows were old and torn. Contacted property management about tge issues they said they would spray? We ended up not staying there dutyo smell and conditions of yhe apartment. Do mot recommend booking this property!
