For many years we have been spending our vacation in Lopar on the island of Rab, one of the most beautiful islands in the Adriatic Sea. Our apartment house covers 940 sqm of floor space with a living area of 280 sqm in Lopar 381. We attach great importance to a high level of sleeping comfort and that you feel comfortable with us. Therefore, all apartments were completely refurbished and equipped with 5 box spring beds from a German manufacturer.

Each of our 5 apartments is characterized by its own charm and has been lovingly furnished by us. Be our guests and enjoy the quiet atmosphere of our house due to the location set back from the street. After your day at the beach, relax in our pavilion in the garden or on your balcony with a nice glass of wine. Our large apartments each have 2 bathrooms and were equipped with German box spring beds.

LOCATION, ACTIVITIES & KNOWLEDGE
We are only 700 meters away from the ferry in Lopar. Our house is right next to the pharmacy and the largest bakery in Lopar, so your breakfast is assured. A small supermarket can be reached in about 20 meters, the large Konzum (supermarket) is only 200 meters away.

You walk about 700 meters to the beach and the center on a straight, flat road. So that the little ones don't have to walk or you don't have to carry your beach bag with umbrella, we provide you with handcarts.

San Marino beach is one of the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world. A sandy beach that is particularly popular with families. Other bays are also within walking distance. If you don't want to walk, you can take the yellow tourist train, which stops approx. 50 meters from your apartment, to the center.

Lopar is one of the best places for families to spend their holidays. For the little ones there are sandy beaches where you can walk very far into the sea. Also many attractions such as mini golf, water slide, a small children's amusement park with box car, bouncy castle, etc.

On the beach you will find a great cocktail bar and various restaurants. For the young and the young at heart there is of course a disco in the center as well as many restaurants and mini golf
