This 3 bedroom VRBO worked out perfectly for us. It’s a short 15 minute ride from the beaches, and dining and shopping is nearby. The screened in pool was crystal clear and heated so we enjoyed it a lot. We had a minor issue with the washing machine and the host was very responsive to take care of it right away. If you’re looking for quiet, and relaxation with a nice pool, this one is perfect.

5 stars for the host, the location, the property and its ammenities, and 10 stars for the pool. (Wish I could take the pool home with me )This property has everything you need to vacation in comfort, and it's centrally located in beautiful Sebastian - which is itself centrally located on both the Treasure and the Space Coasts of Florida. The neighborhood is quiet, a short drive to grocery and other stores. Plenty of great locally-owned restaurants, plus the usual fast food options. Doordash, Instacart will deliver.

House was big, clean and decorated very nicely. Check in was smooth and communication was excellent. The pool was the highlight. Kitchen was well stocked and had many modern appliances, we were able to make great meals. Sleep number bed was so comfortable we are now thinking about getting one! Shopping and restaurants are close by and easy to navigate. We will defiantly return.

Nice house, great neighborhood, nice pool.

We had great vacation time, close to nice beaches and green parks. The comfortable house in quiet area met our expectations, we had a lot of relaxation in the heated pool. I hope we will visit this place next year.

The house was clean and comfortable and well equipped. This is the 2nd property we've rented in Sebastian Highlands and plan on returning next year. We like the location because it is quiet and close to golf, the beach, restaurants, and the county aquatic center. Last, but not least, I can't say enough about the host. Eddie is the best!

Perfectly located for us. Clean, great layout, well-stocked kitchen, huge refrigerator & flat screens. Even though we didn't get to use the pool & lanai, it's a perfect place for gathering and relaxing.Host was great with communications and rental instructions were clearly relayed before and during our stay.

The hosts were amazingly friendly and easy to work with. The house was impeccably furnished and well maintained. My mom is 82 so we gave her the master bedroom since the shower is a walk-in and had handles for her to grab on to. We will definitely be back!
