Important Community Rules:
Per park regulations, this is a strict 55+ community (all staying guests must be 55 or older).

A mandatory park application and background check must be completed directly with the park management after booking. The park charges a $130 fee for this processing.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lock box code is 1963 to return the keys
Please leave the AC at 80 degrees upon leaving
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You must fill out a background check with the park directly at an additional cost to you of $100.00.
You will need to check in with the park on arrival.

Plus, you are just a short drive away from Punta Gorda’s charming downtown, great waterfront dining, and local marinas. It is also a 30-45 minute ride to some of Fl best beaches! It truly is a hidden gem!
