Die Beschreibung in der Offerte hat nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Zustand zu tun. Hygienische Zustände im Bad sind katastrophal, Toilettenbecken nicht fest angeschraubt, Dusche sehr schmutzig, kein Gefälle, teilweise freiliegende Kabel !!!, Badbeleuchtung =Glühbirne in Fassung am Kabel hängend !!!. Zur Verfügung stehende Handtücher hart und sandig!!!, Rutschsicherheit im Bad überhaupt nicht gegeben. Geruch aus Ablauf erfüllte das ganze Haus beim Betreten am Anreisetag. Schlafzimmer oben, Bettgestellt viel zu klein für die beiden darauf liegenden Matratzen. Keine Einfassung, alles rutscht hin und her. Leiter zum OG gewöhnungsbedürftig bis gefährlich. Sicherheit des Hauses= Verschließbarkeit Innenliegende Glastür mit kleinem Schlösschen. davor Scheunentor mit Vorhängeschloß ??? Keine Beleuchtung am Objekt, unbefestigte Wege von Straße zum Haus und vom Haus zum "Gartensitzplatz". Hohe Stolpergefahr. Das Gebäude ist sicherlich als FeWo später mal nutzbar, jedoch ist der aktuelle Zustand in keinster Weise dazu geeignet. Vieles ist nur halb fertig. Sichtbare Unterkonstruktionen, unfertige gespachtelte Flächen, freiliegende Kabel. Gardinen lieblos, alte und verrostete Gardinenstangen. Geschirr und alte Handtücher in einem uralten, modrigen Schrank. Keine Möglichkeiten eigene Wäsche irgendwo hinzulegen. Im Kühlschank Reste der Vormieter. Keine Hinweise zur Müllentsorgung. Außenzustand des Hauses lieblos, ein Schild "Ferienwohnung" vorn am Zaun, hat verhindert, dass ich trotz Navi fast vorbeigefahren wäre. Etwas Farbe und ein paar Ideen ...... alles wäre viel schöner. Auch wenn der Preis nicht sehr hoch war, empfiand ich diesen als völlig unangemessen im Vergleich zur erbrachten Leistung.

Sympathie Vermieter, klein und gemütlich. Gartenplatz. Zu empfehlen für den der Ruhe sucht und Greifswald und Strand und Peene alles nicht weit man kommt überall schnell hin.
