Is was a very nice place to be. The location is good and you can do a lot of things in the area. The house was clean and you have a nice view on the nesthorn from the balcony.
Frau Pohl was a wonderful host! The apartment was clean and stock with everything we needed. The view from our balcony was spectacular! We began to enjoy the twists and turns on the drive up and down each day. There were beautiful places to walk with amazing views including a suspension bridge 15 minutes away. We had a great stay! Thank you Frau Pohl!

Kleine Wohnung nahe Skigebiet
Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder) sehr klein, das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer hart und für 1 Woche Ferien grenzwertig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Es hat KEINEN Whirlpool wie im Beschrieb gestanden ist. Preis-Leistung naja.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für eine dreiköpfige Famile bot die Unterkunft alles was es braucht. Zum Skilift resp. Sessellift sind es zu Fuss 10-15 Min. Das kostenfreie Laden des E-Autos war ein zusätzliches PLUS. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Beschreibung entspricht dem Inserat. Die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin der Wohnung war sehr gut. Bei Fragen und Problemen war sie jederzeit erreichbar.
À part la situation du logement trop éloigné du village, il faut une voiture pour atteindre le départ des installations, nous avons apprécié notre semaine à Unterbäch

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, jedoch für 4-köpfige Familie nicht so geeignet, da Schlafsofa für zwei Erwachsene nicht sehr komfortabel !
Haben es trotzdem sehr genossen!
Zeer net en schoon appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien
Huurproces ging heel soepel, eigenaar is supervriendelijk en legt alles helder uit. Het appartement was superschoon en netjes en ligt heel centraal voor bergwandelingen. Supermarkt in de buurt. In een woord: fantastisch!

Kleine gut eingerichtete Wohnung im 3.Stock mit Liftzugang u zwei Balkonen u neuem Badzimmer
Kommunikation war 1a mit Vermieter, “Unterbäch-online” u Hauswart. Die Wohnung war für unseren Familienaufenthalt von 5 Tagen über Silvester grad das Richtige.
