House is currently being renovated for Summer 2022, all new appliances, new kitchen , new bathrooms, new furniture. Kitchen is a chef's dream with Ocean views as you prepare a family meal. ample seating for a large family. Outdoor dining area with ocean views on deck.
Beach block is quiet and serene, beach is steps away with lifeguarded beaches . The Beach, Playground, sports fields, restaurants and CVS are walkable, downtown district 1.5 miles away.!
