James’ Modern Cheerful Home!

An adorable green house with a nice modern interior! Sleep well on 2 nice queen beds with brand new, top of the line mattress! Sit back and relax with a 65” TV or enjoy cooking a meal with a well stocked kitchen.

This house is located on Grand Ave just a few blocks away from beautiful downtown Ponca. It’s also very close to the P66 refinery.

If you need a baby crib set up just let me know and I will have one for you!

This space offers two comfortable queen beds with brand new, super comfortable mattresses. There is a washer and dryer to use at your convenience and It close to downtown Ponca City, the P66 refinery, and so much more!

While the home is in a rather sketchy part of town, at no time did we feel unsafe. There is a smart home set up with security and climate control. Kitchen and bathrooms had modern appliances and fixtures. The home was clean with the exception of base of the tub surround and some of the walls/doors and living room furniture could use some attention. We weren't there much, so that wasn't so problematic for us. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

The house was clean & the host was very responsive & friendly. Ponca City has lots of good restaurants close by with lots of parks & a few museums. We didn’t have any issues & had a great time on our weekend trip.
