Everything was wonderful! The location, property, uniqueness and cleanliness. We couldn't have been happier with the place. Our stay was so nice and peaceful, I can't wait to go back.
My husband and I had a wonderful weekend weekend visiting for a wedding, and the Cottage had exactly what we needed for our stay. I enjoyed the bathtub, having coffee on the patio in the morning, and the hospitality provided by the hosts. We look forward to staying on the property again whenever we return to cottonwood!
Quant and well furnished. Our second time at the property. And there will be a third for our annual visit to Cottonwood. You’re missing out if you don’t stay here.
Walking distance to Old Town Cottonwood, which has many nice restaurants and interesting shops. The cottage is small, no dining table, but plenty of room for one or two.
JoAnna was a great host. The place was very well appointed and she was fun to meet. Very personable. She showed us her baby chicks and the new coop they were to move to. Loved her garden.
Can’t say enough good about the property. And the owners. We had a great time. Such wonderful attention to details. Super clean and well maintained. There is so much to do in and around Cottonwood. We enjoyed the outdoor patio morning and evening too…
The house sits in a quiet and SAFE neighborhood just a 10 minute walk from BEAUTIFUL Old Town Cottonwood. The house is a charming old home that has been kept up to date and includes 2 bedrooms, a gas fireplace, big flat screen tv, and a bathroom with an AMAZING shower setup.
The backyard is a real feast for the eyes. A beautiful stone patio decorated with an array of wonderful accents and furniture sits just inside the picket gate. Beyond that is a series of raised garden beds and trellises holding the various fruit bearing plants that make up an organic garden. The owners were beyond friendly and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I really cannot speak highly enough about this place and the owners. 5 STARS EASY!
We really enjoyed our stay. Great studio. Ideal for a couple. Everything you need. Nicely decorated and very clean. Ideal location in Cottonwood. We’ll be back for sure.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Charismatic little house, but noisy nearby road and surrounding
Pros:
- ample parking space on the gated property lot
- decent size room / bathroom for two people with large windows
- air-conditioning works well (quiet too)
- property owners are very responsive and helpful
- there's illuminated patio, nice and cozy at night.
Cons:
- poor sound insulation and proximity of a road nearby make this place noisy and hard to sleep
- no stove, oven or grill. Microwave is the only cooking option
- kitchen sink is outside with no sewage
- spreying skunks and barking neighbors' dog add to the unpleasantness
My sister and me had a good time at this cute little cottage. We loved the cute little rustic details they have added to the house. The house was just perfect for two people and is at such a great location to many hike areas and famous spots-20-30 minutes away. The patio and the garden outside were so beautiful. We didn’t get enough time to hang out there, but this place could be a great staycation too if anyone is looking to have a relaxing trip. It was a great stay and I would recommend it anyone going to Sedona🙂
