This house is amazingly located in between Williams and grand canyon. Lake Kaibab is very close awesome spot

I dont like leaving bad reviews, but i dont have a choice. Where to start? Everything could have been good, but it wasn't. The road leading to the trailer is pretty bumpy, which was mentioned somewhere in the info, so I am not knocking them for that. The property was covered in junk and trash, so it wasn't pleasant sitting outside. The porch lights didnt work, even though we did plug in as we were told to do. The whole place smelled from the aerosol airfreshners, enough to give me a headache. The recliners backs were coming apart, and they did not recline. The dished were dirty and we needed to wash e erything before we used it.

Adorable house!

We stayed at this house for 2 days while we visited the Grand Canyon. There were 10 of us of varying ages and we all had a place to sleep comfortably. The house is very cute and we loved hanging out outside on the porches. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great getaway

House met all the needs. We had a great time with our kids. Close to the lakes and convenient store. About an Hour away from Grand Canyon. Great spot to relax and enjoy some time with family. Definitely would rent again. Thank you.

Nice!

Kind and fast communication. Easy check in and clear instruction. Warm heart guide and traveling advice. If you are looking for a house to spend more time with your family or friends and get rid of WIFI and internet, this is a wonderful choice. Good structure of room and all the lights, water and gas function pretty well. Great outside space, including several tables and good chairs. You watch the milky way and stars in the yard at night. Good location and distance for visiting the Grand Canyon (30-50 min drive). Close to Williams Town (15-20min drive). There are several view site around this house within 20 mins drive.

Good

Ann was great at trying to accommodate and checked on us to make sure we were good. Overall it as a nice place. A few adjustments to have better lighting as well as a supply of towels for our family would have been good but easy tweaks & fixes.

Perfect Spot

We booked this place for our employees. It was the perfect distance to the job site. It was nice for them to have a quiet space after a long day at work and it was clean and very comfortable.

Grand Canyon Trip

For a large family the location of this house is perfect if you want to stay close to the only good grocery store and the Grand Canyon. Be aware that the street gets super muddy during the rainy season and you will need a four wheel drive vehicle to get in and out of the neighborhood.
