As soon as you arrive, you will be won over by this large living room bathed in light: the living room and the open kitchen form a unique and friendly space, opening onto a balcony thanks to large French windows. Settle down on the sofa after a day of sightseeing, or take advantage of the equipped kitchen to prepare a meal together.

The 10 m2 balcony offers a soothing view of the surrounding trees and the bell tower of the Notre-Dame church. It is divided into two areas: a dining area to enjoy an outdoor lunch, and a relaxation area with armchairs, perfect for a coffee or a drink in the evening.

On the night side, the apartment offers two bedrooms designed for the comfort of all: one opens onto the balcony with direct access to the relaxation area, the other offers a modular space with two 1-seater beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, completed with a desk and a fitted storage space — ideal for children or friends as well as for a couple.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, with a separate toilet for more practicality on a daily basis.

Another advantage: a private garage box is available at the foot of the residence to park your vehicle or bicycles safely for a stay without worrying about parking in the city centre.
