This newly built, small cottage for 2 - 4 people is located near the pretty town of Pollenca, in the northwest of the island of Mallorca, in a rural setting with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The living area is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with double bed, a shower room, a living room with satellite TV and sofa bed for one adult or two children, open kitchen with: dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, fridge freezer, dining table with beautiful views on the terrace and the garden with almond trees and other native bushes and trees.

The covered terrace is generously built, equipped with comfortable lounge furniture and a dining table. Also from here you can enjoy the magnificent view.
The pool is being rebuilt: 11 x 3 m, new photos will be taken after completion.
The pictured, raised pool is removed.
A sundeck made of wooden boards with 4 modern sunbeds, complements the outdoor area.
